The Cheaper 5K is a race for those who were too cheap to run the full course. Kidding! ... Actually this is a special distance this year caused by a course signage error. Due to an oversight of the Race Director, a handful of the top runners were directed incorrectly. This resulted in these runners racing a shorter course. The pace shown is based on the approximate distance of 4.5K
