Road Runners Club of America has designated Hams and Hamstrings 5K as the 2017 Colorado State Championship Non-Road 5K Race.
The goal of the RRCA Championship Event Series is to award top performing runners in the open, masters (40+), grand masters (50+), and senior grand
masters (60+) categories for both men and women.

All 5K participants are automatically entered and eligible for the RRCA championship awards. No membership to anything is required. RRCA awards based
upon gun time, not chip time.
